Presiding Bishop Les Triche is the president and founder of IECAST Inc. and an international internet radio and TV broadcaster, along with being an author. He is a senior faculty member with the William Glasser Institute and was trained and certified in Reality Therapy/Choice Theory by the late, renowned Dr. William Glasser. He created the Choice Theory® Connections-Internal Empowerment Coaching Program.

RoxAnne Triche is a Scripture Therapy Minister; co-international internet radio and TV broadcaster, author; and executive vice president of IECAST Inc. She serves as a master facilitator and has taught internal empowerment coaching and leadership coaching at various correctional institutions on a voluntary basis for the past five years. Additionally, she provides coaching to businesses, leaders, and frontline personnel.
